Diagnostic · Multi-discipline · US & UK

One studio. Five disciplines. One diagnostic lens.

We diagnose the actual bottleneck before we prescribe a fix. Automation, CRM, websites, ads, content — one team, one diagnostic lens, applied to whichever discipline the problem actually needs.

02 · Process

Diagnosis before prescription. Always.

The five disciplines are the toolkit. The process is what holds them together. We don't ship anything we haven't diagnosed.

  1. 01

    Listen

A thirty-minute call where you walk us through the day-to-day. We take notes. We ask the awkward follow-ups.

  2. 02

    Diagnose

We map the actual workflow, name the bottleneck, and decide which discipline (or combination) actually applies.

  3. 03

    Build

One engagement, one team, one system. We build what's needed — and we don't build what's not.

    fixed scope
  4. 04

    Run

Once it's live, we either hand it over with documentation or stay on as a retainer. Your call.

    retainer optional
04 · Playground

Build a workflow. Watch it run.

Pick a trigger, pick an action, press run. A toy version of the same loop the automation work actually runs on — no login, no setup.

05 · Self-check

Where’s your bottleneck?

Three questions, no form. We’ll point you at the discipline that actually applies — and the diagnostic is honest if none does.

We point people to competitors when the engagement isn't a fit.

04 · Engagement

Project-based. Often retainer after.

Phase 01

The build

Every engagement starts as a fixed-scope project with a clear deliverable and a timeline we commit to.

  • Scope and quote agreed up front
  • Weekly progress visible to you throughout
  • Delivered with documentation and a handover plan
Phase 02

After it's live

Most clients stay on once a system is running — either for ongoing maintenance or because the engagement turned into a managed function.

  • Maintenance retainer for systems that need watching
  • Content & growth is retainer-native from day one
  • Cancel anytime, 30 days' notice, no awkwardness
05 · Questions

The ones we'd want answered.

How do you decide which discipline a problem actually needs?
In the diagnostic call. We map the workflow, name the friction, and decide whether the fix is automation, a CRM rebuild, a site, an ad problem, or a content gap — sometimes more than one. If we can't honestly tell you which one it is yet, we'll tell you that and we'll go look.
What if the diagnosis is wrong?
Then the build is wrong, and we fix it at our cost. The diagnostic process is structured so we catch the wrong-fit before building — but if something surfaces mid-build, we stop, re-diagnose, and tell you. We're not interested in shipping a system that doesn't fix the actual problem.
How technical do I need to be to work with you?
Not at all. We'll talk in plain language about your business, not about your stack. If we need technical detail, we ask for it. If you need to understand a technical decision before signing off, we explain it.
How do you maintain quality across five disciplines?
Honestly: automation is the deepest, with five demoable workflows. The other four are built on the same diagnostic craft, but with less shipped work to point at. We'd rather tell you when something's outside our depth than disappear into a 3-month engagement we can't deliver.
What does engagement length and cancellation look like?
Build engagements are fixed scope — they have a beginning, an end, and a price. Retainers are monthly, cancellable with 30 days' notice, no questions. If something isn't working for you, we'd rather hear it than have you sit on it.
Where are you based, and who do you work with?
We work with businesses in the US and UK. Timezones overlap comfortably across both. Engagements are remote; the diagnostic conversation is the same in person or on a call.

Slow is expensive.
